Cooked Cassoulet for my some of my family yesterday, and managed to get this cute picture of my little niece Kirsty. I’ve put the recipe for Cassoulet on my Recipes page – takes a good 4 hours but well worth it – as Nigel Slater says, “How can you go wrong when unctious meat and snowy white beans are left to simmer with garlic and herbs?”
